Sally Hansen Nail Prisms - Ruby Diamond

Hey everyone!
Before I start this post I want to mention that my posting may get more sporadic again because I'm back in school for the semester and the work is piling up now - I probably won't get an opportunity to post each and every day.
But as always I will try my best to get posts up as often as possible.

So for today, before I (reluctantly) head off to class (in the snow,) I'm going to show you a Sally Hansen Nail Prism that I got recently.

Sally Hansen Nail Prisms - Ruby Diamond
This is a hot hot pink holographic polish with a great 2-coat formula. Too bad Sally doesn't make 'em like this anymore!
I think this one is very similar to OPI DS Exclusive, they're both super bright and saturated pink.

These beauties are somewhat hard to find nowadays, but you can get them for a decent price on eBay usually. Or if you're lucky, your friend will magically find a massive box full of them and sell some to you and your other friends. (Thanks Hayley!)

Do you have any Nail Prisms? Do you remember when they were actually in stores?
(I remember... I even bought one. But of course I bought probably the least interesting of all. Sigh...)

  3. This polish KILLS ME, because I owned it. I had it, and then when I went to college a few years ago I threw it away because "I don't like pink nail polish." How stupid I was...

  4. I got a set of Nail Prisms from Ross about two months ago! I was surprised because I had never seen them before. Ruby Diamond was one of the colors and I can't wait to wear it. The other colors were Blush Diamond, Diamond, South Sea Pearl, and sadly, a broken bottle of Lapis Amethyst.

  9. I know this is over a year late, but I just stumbled upon this posting today. Yes, I still have one of these shades in my collection - and it's still in great shape!!! I have a silvery grey one (can't remember the name and don't have it on hand). I also had the pearly white opal one, but that has since looong gone... when and where couldn't remember, it's that long. Gives me hope though, means shades I collect now, if taken care of, can last a decade!!
