Color Club - Edie

First of all, I'm sorry for disappearing! I've got a cold and I really don't feel well, plus I had a lot of studying to do this week, plus work, so I've been a busy (and sick) bee!
I've got 3 weeks left of school, plus exams, so I'm sure there will be a few more disappearances but I will try to be better about scheduling posts!

I realized that I have a bunch of green swatches I can post for St. Patrick's Day!
I'll start with just one today because that's all I have time for, but expect more tomorrow.

Color Club - Edie
I really wanted this polish because it is such a great color, but... The formula sucks. Sucks.

This is like 4 thick coats to fully cover my nail line. You could never wear it this thick because it would never dry! It's a big disappointment.
When I went to use it for the first time and saw how sheer it was I immediately stopped using it and didn't touch it for a long time after.
Color Club cremes are usually so nice but this just stinks!
Maybe it would make a nice jelly sandwich...

The color is great though. But thankfully I have about a million polishes this color so I won't torture myself by using this sheer mess.

Edie = Fail!

  4. It matches your blog! Too bad it is a dud on it's own, it does look pretty. My thought was to pour some glitter in in. ;D

  9. It is hard to believe after four coats it is still that sheer. :-( To bad because it is a really pretty color.

    1. try wearing a white polish underneath it. Misa Heavenly White or China Glaze White on White or OPI Alpine Snow, or something like that. Then you might need only 2 coats of Edie :)

  13. Edie looks really close to China Glaze Aquadelic. I don't have Edie to compare the two.
