I've seen this design around a lot and I've been itching to try it, but never had the nude to do it!
(I tried it once with silver over black...not so nice.)

As I said, the base is L.A. Girl Secret, and I stamped with Wild Shine Black Creme, from Konad plates m71 (lacey pattern) and m57 (fishnet) to create the faux-lace look.
It sorta reminds me of the Sally Hansen strip things in "Laced Up" which coincidentally Kayla Shevonne reviewed this week.
In other news... oops...
My exceptions to lent came into play yesterday. I found out that a salon near me still had some Crackle, so I picked up these 2. And then bf gave me the other 2 as part of a belated-valentines-day present.
HD Byte and Essie Jamaica Me Crazy!
Here is a close up of Jamaica Me Crazy in the bottle.
I still have my lacey design on 9/10 nails. (One started chipping last night at a coat check I worked, so I picked it all off. I made $150 in four hours. That extra money will make lent hard. Usually when I get some extra cash besides what I make at work I drop a little on polish!)
So because I had one naked nail, I tried on my very first Essie.
Quick and messy, but I didn't want to go find my remover/brush.
This is so pretty! Dark pink, shimmery, 2-coater. Dried quick too!
Looking forward to using this in a full mani.
Because I used my lent exceptions on only the third day, I'll go 3 days longer :P
I love those nails! I've tried the same many times, but it seems like I don't have any good flower designs to mix up with the fishnet -pattern... :/
