friend cameo: seahorse nails!

Hey guys!
Today I won't be showing you my own nails. They are my friend Victoria's! I did her nails once before and posted them because they were great, and these are too. (Click here to see the first ones.)
I had planned to show the nails I'm sporting now but I did these today and had to post them!

I bought her China Glaze Electric Pineapple, and I used it on her today.
And did a gradient. And added bubbles. And a seahorse.

I started with a close up so the preview of this post won't be someone else's nails and alarm everyone. Hah!

I. Love. Gradients.
I know I said I was going to do a tutorial last week but I'm having a bit of a hard time trying to take photos as I go while doing it. I might need a guest photographer! Hah.
I want to do a video tutorial but my Rebel doesn't take videos and my old camera doesn't take high quality ones.

How cute are the seahorses?!
These images came from a fauxnad plate from a set of 30 on ebay, the number on it is m04.

I NEED seahorse nails now. Victoria spotted the image on the plate and I am so happy she did. Haha!

For these nails I used:
China Glaze - Electric Pineapple
Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear - Going Green
Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear - Blue Me Away!
Sally Hansen Insta-Dri - Whirlwind White
Sally Hansen Insta-Dri - Presto Pink
And little pearls from a wheel from ebay.

Super duper cute. While doing these nails I tried 2 new techniques I kinda came up with recently. One of those will be included in my gradient tutorial when I manage to do it correctly, and the other one needs a bit more testing, but I hope to show that to you guys soon if it continues to work.

P.S. I may or may not have picked up some things for another giveaway today... almost at 500 followers! Suspense!

  8. This mani looks a zillion times better than the seahorse mani I did! In fact I love it so much I believe I am going to try it lol! So far I've only done a fading gradient and not multi color so this is a perfect mani to try that!

  11. Also make sure to select the correct type of visa and validity length. There are different prices depending on which visa you apply for. So you don't want to end up overpaying for a visa that is valid for a lengthy amount of time if you are only going on a short trip. visa inde
